62B District Court

The 62B District Court has one judge and one magistrate. The court has jurisdiction over all misdemeanors committed in the City of Kentwood by anyone 17 years of age and older. The 62-B District Court has jurisdiction to conduct a preliminary examination to establish probably cause that a felony was committed and probable cause to believe that the defendant committed the felony over all felonies committed by anyone 17 years of age or older.
63rd District Court
